Mr Yap has held a number of key leadership positions during his 40 years career in construction industry, including executive director for a Class A construction firm, and board members in multiple established firms.

He pioneered some of Kuala Lumpur city's high rise building developments, Pahang township infrastructure developments, government agencies buildings, schools, hospitals, housing, and other commercial development projects; completed more than 200 projects since 1960s.

His signature projects including Bank Negara Malaysia Johor Bahru, Terrenganu State Secretary building, Ministry of Defense Strategic Command Center facilities across Malaysia.

Prior to that, Mr Yap has in depth knowledge and skills in civil engineering, project management & costing during his career in a established British owned engineering firm.

Mr Yap's expanding business has diversified from construction business, property investment, to defense trading business which partnering with today's United States top defense industry giants, Hughes, and Smith Industries.

Yap Yoon Leong

Executive Director

Mr Yap Y. L. started off in the civil construction and later moved to the building construction sector before joining in the ceiling industry for 12 years.

While in the ceiling industry, Mr Yap has experience in managing sales and marketing operations for an established Australian based ceiling company. Mr Yap has been collaborating with leading Malaysia architect firms and contractors in ceiling design and specification consultation for multiple projects during his tenure.

Among his prestigious projects was the Prime Minister’s office, Prime Minister's Putrajaya residence, Sri Damansara Mosque and Buddhist Vihara Temple in brickfields.

Additionally, Mr Yap is recognize as one of the person who innovate the local plasterglass ceiling  industries practice of timber ceiling suspension by introducing the use of rondo metal suspension system. First commercial project that uses rondo metal suspension system is Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel.

Yap Chun Tyng, Thomas

Director

Over 5 years experience within the IT industry associated with financial services and education industry. His experience within IT industry includes business solution consulting, enterprise IT strategy masterplan, ERP solution development, and networking consultant.

Thomas moved into the software consulting industry in early of the new millennium to further his interest in promoting the use of technology for Knowledge Based Organization. Undertaking a role of consultant for a leading technology consulting firm, Thomas was involved in the solution framework strategy analysis, planning and design.

Thomas has a Bachelor Degree in Business Information System from RMIT University, Australia.
